Early this month we completed our latest commercial wine cellar project in the new Milos Resturant in Miami Florida. On the opening night South Beach officially welcomed this long awaited opening of Estiatorio Milos from Chef/owner Costas Spiliadis.
This is a new addition to the internationally acclaimed Milos family of restaurants and we were privileged to have had the opportunity to design, and build their wine storage and display areas.
The premise of the restaurant consists of a “build it yourself approach to dining”, offering up imported Greek menu items, a variety of imported steak and sea foods for every taste. Milos also has a tremendous wine selection, offering one of the most talked about wine rooms in South Beach. This is definitely a dining experience that everyone should put on their “must try” list!
